Delivery Period

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, so please check each product's detail page.
For pre-ordered items, delivery will be made after the release date.

※ For items for which no shipping date is stated on the product detail page, if the payment method is credit card, we will ship within approximately 10 business days after order confirmation. If the payment method is convenience store payment, we will ship within approximately 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, public holidays, New Year holidays, and summer vacation period).
※ Please note that this refers to the "shipping date," not the "arrival date," so the actual delivery time may vary depending on your residential area and transportation conditions.
※ If you order items with different estimated shipping dates simultaneously, all items will be shipped together according to the item with the latest estimated shipping date.
※ Due to inventory status, items sold at concerts or events may take more than 10 business days to ship.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to the following reasons:
・High volume of orders
・Temporary stockout of items
・Delivery impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・Delay in product manufacturing
・Incompleteness in order or payment, such as overpayment or underpayment
・Temporary suspension of shipping operations due to summer holidays, New Year holidays, or long consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

Once shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information, so please check it.
Clicking the "View Order" button in the email will take you to a page displaying the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site, where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in from "My Page" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from your "Order History."

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

We will deliver using either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
※ We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates/times, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
※ Orders for delivery to shipping carrier's sales offices, post offices, or convenience stores are not accepted.

Consolidation / Split Shipping

We cannot process consolidation or split shipping for orders after they have been placed.
All items ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available. Items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Domestic shipping within Japan
Uniform nationwide rate
Standard shipping: 870 JPY (tax included)
Nekoposu: 430 JPY (tax included)

International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check on the payment page.
※ Our store uses the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
If customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) are incurred after the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, you may be responsible for these charges upon receipt.
※ Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated in the destination country/region/state.
※ Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions on the undeliverable notice left by the delivery company to arrange for receipt of your items.
If the items are not received within the storage period, they will be returned to FZMZ STORE.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
If 2 months have passed since the return, your order will be canceled.
※ Refunds will generally not be issued for cancellations.
※ You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs for re-shipment.
※ If there are continuous instances of refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, or re-shipment due to customer's convenience, we may restrict your use of our services. Please ensure you receive your items.

※ Due to temporary maintenance, sales and shipping to EU member states, as well as to the United States (including U.S. territories such as Guam and Puerto Rico), have been temporarily suspended.
