■About defective products
If the delivered product is defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you contact us more than 7 days after receiving the product, we will not be able to accept an exchange, so please be sure to check the product upon delivery.
If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for a good item.
